A Lifeline When You Need It Most

Our Emergency Home Repair (EHR) program addresses immediate concerns for low-income households in crisis and provides access to supplemental resources and programs.

Program Focus Areas

  • Correcting immediate health and safety risks

  • Restoring the integrity of the building envelope

  • Addressing code violations and energy waste

SEVCA contracts with licensed and certified local businesses to do the repairs and collaborates with volunteer programs.
