SEVCA Strategic Planning Process Seeks Community Participation

SEVCA’s Board of Directors and staff are beginning an organizational strategic planning process with the guidance of Bright Minds Consulting, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio.

Community action agencies like SEVCA are required by their funders to regularly engage in strategic planning to ensure that their programs and resources align with the needs of the communities they serve.

SEVCA’s recent strategic planning was interrupted by efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are looking forward to getting back to this important work.

Community input is vital to a good planning process, and in the coming weeks, Bright Minds will be reaching out to SEVCA’s community partners with surveys, as well as convening focus groups.
