2025-2026 Heating Season After Hours Crisis Fuel Assistance Hotline

After Hours Crisis Fuel Assistance Program opens for the season this Saturday, 1/24/26 at 8:30 a.m. and ends on Sunday, 4/5/2026 at 4:00 p.m. 1-866-331-7741 

Weekends and Holidays ONLY 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. 

Applicants are screened by the call center agent based on the following criteria: 

- Out of Fuel / No Heat Emergency 

- At least one of the household members is a member of a “vulnerable population” meaning is age 60 or over, is under 6 years old, or is in receipt of federal disability. T

hose who meet the screening criteria will receive a callback from an After-Hours Eligibility Specialist. 

After Hours Furnace Repair/Furnace Replacement ONLY

Weekends & Holidays 8:30 a.m.–4:00p.m. plus 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

After Hours Furnace Repair/Replacement Program opens for the season on Tuesday, 1/20/2026 at 5:00 p.m. and ends on Thursday, 4/30/2026 at 10:00 p.m. 

Applicants are screened by the call center agent based on the following criteria: 

- No Heat due to Furnace / Heating failure or malfunction, or unsafe heating system operation ONLY. 

- This program does not require that the household have a “vulnerable” household member. - This program does not accept “out of fuel” calls
